It all started when…

I found out I was pregnant back in May 2025. I have been waiting until I was pregnant to do my prenatal teacher training and now it is completed! I have been teaching 1-2-1 pregnancy yoga for a while now, but wanted to really immerse myself in a new practice that would suit my changing body.

I am delighted to announce I am teaching a 4 week course in Hexham starting 6th October 2025 on a Monday evening at the Bodyworks Centre Hexham. The class will start at 7.15pm.

How can I support you?

  • Teach you how to practice yoga safely to suit your ever changing body.

  • Support you in your pregnancy whether you are experiencing any risks or not.

  • Teach you how to cope with anxiety and stress around your pregnancy.

  • Share meditation and relaxation techniques with you.

  • Have an open circle to discus your needs before the class begins so we can really work through any discomfort, pain or niggles.

  • Start to connect to your baby and build confidence in your body.

  • Create a space to meet other expecting mums (including myself!).

  • Yoga mats, props and blocks provided.

  • Whatsapp group with follow up videos and practices to help support your throughout the rest of your pregnancy.


What to expect?

  • Opening circle to check in with how we are all feeling, what we need and perhaps what’s been on your mind.

  • Breathwork and grounding to settle down.

  • Traditional yoga poses and gentle movement suitable for all abilities (modifications depending on your trimester).

  • Guided meditation and relaxation to finish.
