Yoga Breakfast Club at The Garden Cafe Hexham.

Saturday 12th July: 7.30-9.30am. 

Start your Saturday morning with a warming vinyasa practice, followed by a yin sequence to balance your mind, body and soul.

You can choose form a delicious smoothie bowl or avocado on toast with feta and pomegranate seeds, paired with your favourite hot drink, perhaps a cappucino or herbal tea sat on the gorgeous terrace outside.
